Determine the scope of replacement: Determine the scope of replacement according to the wear and tear of the liner. This includes replacing all the frame and crushing cone liners, replacing only the entire liner of the frame or crushing cone, replacing only the lower liner of the frame or crushing cone, replacing only the lower liner of one of the frame or crushing cone, or only partial replacement.

Removal of old liner: If the old liner cannot be removed, it can be cut by gas welding. After removing the old liner, it is necessary to clean the inner surface of the frame to ensure that the installation environment of the new liner is clean.

Installation of new liner: When installing the new liner, ensure that its center position is correct to avoid collision during operation, affecting the uniformity of product particle size and heating of friction parts in the machine.

Casting zinc alloy: After installing the new liner, it is necessary to cast zinc alloy to fix the liner. Before casting, the gaps should be tightly blocked with clay or asbestos to prevent the outflow of zinc alloy. During casting, moisture is not allowed on the surface in contact with the alloy, otherwise it will cause an explosion. Therefore, before casting, preheating and drying should be carried out, or in order to shorten the time, a layer of mechanical oil should be applied on the contact surface, and then casting should be carried out using special tools.

Concrete casting: If concrete casting is required, 500-600 cement and sand should be mixed in a ratio of 1:3. Before casting, the liner should be polished clean so that the concrete and it can be firmly combined. After the concrete is cast, it must be trimmed so that the rib surface on the back of the liner is close to the frame, and it must be put into use only after the concrete is fully cured and dried.

Tightening and inspection: When replacing the crushing cone liner, after the lower liner of the cone is installed, use the adjustment ring at the bottom of the cone to keep a gap of 1.0-2.0mm between the lower liner and the cone. After the top liner is installed, the clamping nut should be installed first, and then the zinc alloy is cast. Before casting, the cone and liner are preheated to 60-80℃, and the gaps of the liner joints should be plugged with asbestos and clay to prevent the zinc alloy from leaking out. After the liner is cast with alloy, install the clamping nut and locking plate to fix it tightly.
