How to replace the tooth plate

Operation conditions
The power supply voltage should be normal, protective measures should be fully worn, and the supervisor should be in place before operation
Operation steps
1 Wear work clothes, safety helmets, gloves and other protective equipment.
2 Prepare the new tooth plate and transport it to the side of the crusher for standby, and take good protection.
3 Stop feeding and the operation of the crusher, and be careful to wear insulating gloves to prevent electric shock from wet hands.
4 Remove the screws of the tooth plate (moving and fixed plate screws).
5 Remove the side plate, loosen the side plate screws, and lift the side plate out with the overhead crane.
6 Remove the pressure block, slowly take out the moving and fixed plate pressure blocks respectively, and place them aside for standby.
7 Weld the lifting ring, and weld the lifting rings to the moving plate and fixed plate respectively. Please make sure to weld firmly to prevent injuries during lifting.
8 Lift out the tooth plate, start the overhead crane to lift out the moving plate and fixed plate, and transport them to the waste storage area. It should be noted that someone needs to supervise during the opening of the overhead crane, and no one should be under the overhead crane to avoid being hit; and the wire rope should be strong.
9 Lift the new tooth plate in, start the overhead crane as above, lift the moving plate and fixed plate in respectively, and put them in place.
10 Install the pressure block, put the pressure block in place respectively, and tighten the screws.
11 Tighten the screws of the moving and fixed plates.
12 Install the side plate, lift the side plate in with the overhead crane, and tighten the screws.
13 Adjust the gap of the discharge port.
14 Start the jaw crusher and vibrating feeder for trial operation.
