Working principle of cone crusher hydraulic system

The working principle of the hydraulic system of the cone crusher is to increase the force by changing the pressure. The hydraulic system consists of five main parts: power components, actuators, control components, auxiliary components and hydraulic oil. Specific to the hydraulic system of the cone crusher, its working principle involves the rotation of the motor being transmitted to the eccentric sleeve through the coupling or V-belt, the transmission shaft and the bevel gear. The crushing cone part is forced by the eccentric sleeve to make a swinging motion around a fixed point, so that the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber and crushed. This movement allows the ore to be discharged from the crushing cavity by its own weight. For example, if the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is too low, the hydraulic system will not have enough flow to take away the heat generated by it, causing the oil temperature to rise; and if air is mixed in the hydraulic system, bubbles will form in the high-pressure area and be broken by the high-pressure oil, releasing a large amount of heat, further causing the oil temperature to rise.
